How do I delete my account?

You can delete your ShopXray account at any time from your Account Settings.

How to delete your account:

1. Log in to your ShopXray account

2. Navigate to Account Settings

3. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" or "Delete Account" section

4. Confirm the deletion

What happens when you delete your account:

• Your personal information (email, name) is permanently removed from our systems

• All tracked stores are removed from monitoring

• All historical tracking data (sales, inventory, price history) is permanently deleted

• All store analysis history is removed

• If you have an active paid subscription, it will be cancelled

• This action is irreversible — data cannot be recovered after deletion

Before deleting:

• Export any data you want to keep (product catalogs, tracking data)

• Cancel your subscription first if you want to avoid being charged for the next cycle

• Consider downgrading to the free plan instead of deleting, in case you want to return later

Alternative: Cancel subscription only:

If you just want to stop paying but keep your account, you can cancel your subscription from Account Settings. Your account will revert to the free plan, and your historical data will be preserved.
